I would opt for something along the lines of. As we has a turn over in team members I felt as though I was no longer well suited for the team and decided to seek an opportunity where I would have the chance to thrive amongst my team members.
Eye protection can vary somewhat depending on the immediate danger. It certainly is not worth the risk to go without it. However I have seen anything from clear plastic that looks like wrap around sunglasses, all the way to a full face shield. Sometimes both goggle, face shield, and isolation box.
