The transmission shifts fine no problems but it is definately not as smooth as when I got it. I called a shop to see about getting the fluid and filter changed but he said he wouldn‘t recommend it because he had heard of people doing that and then the transmission went out. I do not want my transmission to go out. He wouldn‘t really elaborate on what I should do then. I don‘t just want to leave it. A dealer transmission service costs about $300. I really do not want to take it to a lube place. Anyone have any ideas?
