I am looking at purchasing a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x4, is the automatic transmission reliable for a new driver? If not, what year make has the best transmission, as I have heard 03‘ was not the best year Thanks for your help
its not a bad transmission we don't see many its a 42RLE in it we see more of the other jeep trans than the liberty. as with any used car/truck it all depends on how the previous owner took care of it .if buying from a dealer check and read all paperwork if planning a extended warranty some aren't worth the weight of the paper there on
