Quartz is very inexpensive for the most part but there are some exceptions! Quartz is the most abundant mineral on earth. There are many different forms and impurities of quartz. The colorful quartz, are colorful because they are not the purest form of quartz. To have a vaulable quartz stone, you would have to have a quartz that mantains it's natural crystal structure. It is rare to find a quartz in its natural crystal atomic structure.
