its closer to a pallet than a a bed. a bed assumes that the sleeping surface is up off the floor, generally on a frame of some kind.
you could use a cushion grip material, this is designed as a non slip fabric and is adhesive on one side, so you could stick it to the bed, and even if it did move it would damage the floor
My neighbor has a pallet-bed sitting on a couple of cheap welcome mats he got at the discount store to protect the finish on the hardwood floors.
you should to cover the whole pallet bed base with FREE plastic from the local mattress store == ask in a kind manner and you can probably get several === that pallet wood is very coarse and rough == it will snag your bed sheets and blankets and scratch those wooden floors === some 4inch by 4inch post-boards will make good legs and give extra under the bed storage .............
