car will not start, could it be some thing to do with time for oil change. Have new starter andd battery. Still can not turn motor over. Turn key loud clicking from fuse box under seat!
It would have nothing to do with an oil change. Would need more info. But it sounds like maybe an electrical issue. Could be something with the starter or a bad connection to that. I don't understand the fuse box under the seat clicking.
ck wires on starter sounds like they are on backwards. also ck ground wire to motor and frame rail
It could be your time-n-change. A oil change will not stop your car from starting.
That's what you get when you buy an American Tuna Boat.
Its possible you might have a defected starter relay, usually in most cars today fuses and relays are incorporated in the same compartment, and usually the cover indicates which relay or which fuse belongs to which ever component it energizers.most likely this compartment is under the hood, and you her it clicking sound coming through the fire wall, which separates the engine compartment from the passenger compartment , but its possible it could be under the dash panel behind the cluster panel, allot of GM models are located under the dash behind the cluster panel ,the relay would have to be removed and physically checked with 12volt supply and a mil-ti meter .
