maH stands for mili amp hours. It shouldn't be that long to charge,
2200mA is the capacity of the battery in power bank . It can charge your Iphone one time , but it can't charge your digital camera
It is a mostly practical capacity rating, on that you could run a 100ma load for 22 H or so, 200ma for 11H, and so on.
