Question:

3-4 months for weight loss?

40-60 poundsI am 5'2, female at 165 poundsSixteen years of age, if that makes any differenceI would say I look ten pounds less than my actual weight, due to some muscle remaining from my exercise in the summerBiking three miles to school, an hour of Physical Education first period, two hours of tennis practice after school, three miles back home and an occasional late night or early morning run depending on how much my body can handleWith this as my VERY strenuous exercise regime (biking, running, tennis, P.E.) and only eating veggies/fruits with the obvious 8 glasses of water, is this a realistic goal? Someone be straight with me.

Answer:

There's like four or five factories in China making all the space heaters in the worldNot literally of course, but let's be real: space heaters are pretty much all the sameElectricity goes in, heat comes out1500w of electricity becomes 5100btu of heatThat's itYou'd do well to fix the propane heater10,000btuh of propane heat is cheaper than the same amount of heat via electricityYou would need a space heater for each room to keep them decently warm in cold weatherFor the price of all those heaters, you could just fix the central heat and have done.
There is no space heater that runs on 110 volt current going to heat more than two hundred well insulated square feet For safety purposes i would recommend that you by the small cube shaped ceramic heatersIf you place one in each bedroom, one in the living room, one in the dining roomPut them on the low setting and no higher than a third of the way up on the thermostat settingBe sure each heater is on a different circuit breakerIf you are not using rooms close the doors and don't heat themBe sure that you have two working smoke detectors in your homeTurn off all the heaters when you leave home.
You can safely lose 3-4lbs of fat a week36 to 64lbs is achievable with the correct diet and exerciseI know you didn't ask for this bit, so ignore these tips if you wishDIET No Junk Food No bread or rice (get your carbs from potato) No Dairy - Bfast poridge mixed with waterEat Apples - Soluble fibre and Pectin (makes you feel full) makes you feel full for 2hrs Eat Bran - It contains fibre you can not digestSo you feel fullDrink Green Tea - It is full of phytonutrient called EGCG which releases a hormone called CCK which makes you feel satisfied and green tea also releases a hormone called thermogenesis which increases your metabolic rate so you burn more caloriesAdd 1tablespoon of Red Wine vinegar to a glass of water and drink it with meals, it contains acetic acid which helps keep food in your stomach longer, so you dont need to eat so much! Eat Pine nuts with your BfastStudies show it reduces the amount of food you eat in a day by 30% EXERCISE It is self explanatory reallyMake sure you get to 80% of your max heart rate before you start burning calories, otherwise you will just lose water weightHope this helps + extraGood Luck
