Question:

3 eggs and high fiber instant oatmeal for a 23 year old woman too much for breakfest?

the Eggs are 299 and the oatmeal is 160 which adds up to 459I need protein to start off my day is there any substitutes? and i like the high fiber oatmeal because I dont get enough fiber throughout the day but it has soo much sugarOnce i shook the sugar out, with that tool you use to sprinkle sugarbut than I thought maybe that was the fiber?

Answer:

I would say that it really depends on how active you are and what you are doing throughout the dayHigh fiber and protein diets are good but if you are not overly active or an athlete, you may be consuming too many calories to try and get a lot of protein and fiberMy suggestion to you - since you say you need a good deal of protein and fiber - is rather simple: FiberPlus Cereal- it comes in several flavors and has about 9 grams of fiber per serving for about 170 caloriesIf you add milk (I suggest 2%) then that means you are adding a good deal of proteinFat-free yogurt or Greek yogurt- either of this have a decent amount of fiber depending on consumption and a decent amount of protein while fat-free yogurt is rather low calorieHowever, Greek yogurt is more high caloriesBut Greek yogurt also has more proteinSoy protein supplement- this is excellent for mixing in smoothiesAt Tropical Smoothie, they have it to add for $1 I believeI always get the lowest calorie smoothie with splenda and soy proteinIf you like just eating eggs and oatmeal, no need to changeBut I would suggest lowering the amount you are consuming if you are not overly active due to high amount of caloriesAlso, the fiber is more than likely IN the oatmealThat is probably just the sugar you shook outI suggest, if you haven't already, find your BMIIf you have any questions, just ask!
Possible, but use about 6 sheets of foil layered.
