Im going to do a juice fast which means ill only be drinking juices and water for energy and I just wanted to know how much weight I would loose if I did this juice fast for 3 weeks.or does this fast actually work? Thank you
My wife said 9 inches is more than enough.
we had our second floor addition done with the spray foam and it was worth every penny, we already saved the cost difference on our heating/cooling bills the foam is that much more effective than fiberglass batts because air cannot penetrate through the foam plus it completely seals off any drafts and air leakage - I can't recommend it enough
I thought you are suppose to fill the entire space in between the 2x6 or 2x8 studs(It sounds like you have both sizes.) Then a vapor barrier needs to be added then the drywallIf you go beyond the studs you won't be able to hang drywall correctlyI think in the areas the guy says you can't add more than 6 inches is because the depth of the stud is 6 inchesSpray has a higher R -value vsfiber glass so it is true that you would need less but I think you would want the maximum R-value anyway a.k.a fill the entire bayI hope that helps youNote: I've been told that closed cell would be better then open cell because it blocks moisture.
