1. Fire Extinguishers are to be inspected yearly. 2. Do not block or prohibit access to fire extinguishers. 3. Emergency Exits will be clearly marked. 4. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. 5. Sprinkler Systems will be tested yearly 6. Employees will be trained in the use of on site fire supression equipment. 7. Welding, Cutting or open flame operations will require a trained individual designated as Fire Watch. 8. Outside fire hydrants will be unobstructed and clearly marked. 9. Flammable liquids will be stored in approved containers and in designated cabinets. 10. Fire blankets will be stored in clearly marked and accessible lockers.
don't you think you should find out what is wrong first before spending money replace parts. it could be something as simple as a spring or a clip that just broke. you will just turn a $5-$10 fix into a $50-$100 fix.
