98 chevy Malibu tail lights?

I have a 98 Chevy Malibu. The brake lights and turn signals work. The rear tail lights (running lights) don't come on. Any ideas?

Here's one one other thing to look at. The taillight, side marker lights, and the dash lights are all run off the same fuse, if those other things aren't working, then it's the fuse. Look under the hood, look for a 15A fuse labled Park Lps in the fuse box. The turn signals and brake lights are on a different fuse

Its possible you have just a bulb issue. Note this was a bad design GM used on these cars overtime the whole tail light/signal board shorts out. Due to water rain water seeping in and causing corrosion.
