98 Honda Accord Rear Passenger Door Lock?

I'm having a problem with my rear passenger door lock when i lock all the other door with the main switch on the driver side it locks sometimes and it doesn't same thing with my car alarm what could be the problem most of the time i have to lock it and unlock it by hand please let me know what this could be
