Question:

A play to be preformed?

Im auditioning for the lead role in Drama at my school but I dont know a good thing to preform any suggestions? Anything will help! Thanks.

Answer:

It depends choose somthing that is a similar style Like if it's High school musical....don't turn up doing Macbeth. The Crucible is good like Penny said. In Shakespeare Look in the play King Lear The three Daughters are all very different and you'll probably be more suited to one of them. Confidence by Judy Upton is a good play if your Young, The lead character is a sexually precocious con artist and She's probably fun to play. That's very Contemporary. You could try Nina from the Seagull by Anton Chekhov if it's a realistic modern play That is a classic.
The Crucible is usually a pretty good bet - especially for younger females. Try out Mary Warren.
