try going to google and just type in easy recipes they will give you an array of websites with a variety of recipesMost will say 'easy, medium, difficult' or have a star rating for difficultySince you cook rice you should buy some and look at the back of the box and see what they suggestremember you can always dress it up! example: Spanish rice (i normally use zatarans) that box says add 15 oz of diced tomatoes i normally add sauteed onions (1/2 a yellow or white) and green and red bell peppers (half of each) and a can of corn 15 oz as well as precooked Italian sausagedice the onions and cook those with the sausage with a splash of olive oil when the sausage is done add the diced bell peppers, drain the corn and add that too! Keep on very low heat, and keep covered the steam that forms will start to cook the peppers and riceNOTE you still have to stir it! when rice is done mix it all together and eat! I normally pepper to taste - doesnt really need saltand if you like spicy stuff add some creole seasoning! i normally cook the sausage with that and sprinkle some into the rice as its cookingIf you have never tried it add sparingly!

No, I wouldn't recommend that - better to use a new aluminum pan than to use foilI'm not really sure quite why you're being directed against newer Al pans - they're still made of Al, after all - but they'll be a better comparison than Al foilAs far as finding older Al pans is concerned - have you tried your local thrift stores? Good luck with the project!!!
