A question for raw vegans?

First offI DON'T BELIEVE MEAT TO BE IMPORTANT IN A HUMAN DIET! And that is why this is a question for vegansI hope that this statement is understandable to some of the morons that love to run their mouths on Answers.OkI just just started all this vegan stuff after a water fastNo milk, eggsnone of thatI just want to know what i should add, or remove to my dietI eat all of the following dailyNever in the same quantities thoughremember, i prefer raw vegan.Broccoli, carrots, chickpeas, jalapenos, cucumbers, green olives, olive oil, mushrooms, tomotoes, (canned) mild pepper rings, snowpeas, kidney beans, sunflower seeds, almonds, spinich, romaine lettuceI might be missing some, not much though.I usually eat fruit between mealsI am more of a vege fan than a fruit fan.I drink approx4 cups of soy milk daily.I know i am supposed to have alot more in my dietEven if someone has a nice site I can check out i'd appreciate itThanks in advance.

Answer:

When working on Row 2, knit the YOs from the previous row just as if they were regular stitches.
you are probably thinking the stitch looks weak because it is from the yarn over, and not attached to the rest of your knitting Knit it, unless instructed to drop itYou will probably decrease those extra ones out later, unless you are making something that is supposed to get larger.
Go to a needlework shopLots of shops have on site lessons, tons of patterns, yarns, and all the knitting needles you could ever want.along with lots of adviceIt's the best place to start.
You've come to the right person in asking me this questionI am not a true vegetarian myselfWhile I don't have any red meat, chicken, or turkey, I do for protein have lots of fish, perhaps 2-3 eggs per week, soy milk, legumes, fruits and veggies, and saladsI can't have it because of allergies, but what is also good for you to have are nuts By the way, you should also have lots of fibre, both soluble and the unsoluble kindIn other words, besides in having the fibre from the fruit, you should also have your fibre from sources like whole wheat or multi-grain bread, as well as from cereals that are high in fibre, such as Shredded WheatIt's also a good idea for you to add berries to the cereal, and to use Vanilla Flavor Soy MilkYou will find that it is plenty sweet without the need for you to add any sugar in your cerealFinally drink lots of bottled water as wellAs well, to top things off with your healthy diet, do some jogging and swimming daily, Perhaps walk your dog if you have that for a companionGood Luck by the way, and I guarantee you that in no time at all you will be healthier than before!!!!!!
