About how much does it usually cost to replace an entire exhaust system on a vehicle?

Answer:

Cut off the Oxygen supply
I'm going to say around $300 - $400, but I don't really know. I've had a muffler replaced, but I don't remember how much it was. It was quite awhile ago. You can just call a local automotive repair shop and get a ballpark estimate.
Depends on whether the entire exhaust system includes just what's back from the catalytic converter(s) or if it includes the catalytic converter(s) in what needs to be replaced. The exhaust piping, muffler(s) and resonator(s) are generally not very expensive to replace entirely, relatively speaking. Figure a couple hundred dollars for that sort of a job at a muffler shop. If you need to replace one (or more) catalytic converter(s) though, the cost to replace everything will increase significantly. Catalytic converters are the expensive parts to replace in an exhaust system. Don't be surprised by an estimate near the 4-figure range if you have to replace a catalytic converter (especially if you have to replace more than one) in addition to all the piping and sound control devices etc., downstream of the converter(s).
