have new blower motor, new resistor, fuses and relay are good, I get no voltage on high setting, but I get voltage on all other settings.(testing with Multimeter at motor connector) Cannot figure out what to do, I will try to test the control switch, but not sure proper way to test it. Any ideas as to what i should check next. not sure how to test the wires leading out of the control switch.
go to junk yard and replace the switch its no good
you said fuses in the plural, so I'll assume your car has the two separate fuses and you replaced them both. I would have said the blower moter brushes are worn and pulling too much juice, but you replaced that as well. I'm thinking confirm all your connections are good, and then eliminate each as a problem. If you can disconnect each of the wires out of the control switch, just test results for each with one wire disconnected, then again for the next wire, and repeat until you know which ones are for which positions. then bypass the high setting with a jumper wire to see if it fires up the fan on high. If so, replace switch.
Did you check the high blower relay some models use a relay for high blower.your controls have to be on A/C high blower to get a high blowers speed. There may be a in line fuse on the system also depending on the make of vehicle,
