After my hair is blow dried at the salon, it is super shinyHow can I get the same results at home?

I used the same products they use at the shop and follow the same regimen but when I blow dry my hair at home, it is not as shiny after I am all done, nor it is as straightI still get the compliments when it is all said and done but I feel and see the differenceIs there a technique in blow drying that I am missing or something? How can I blow dry it straight where it is shiny after blow drying is done?

To best keep the flavour and texture you should steam themBaking them dries them out too much IMOYou could microwave them on a low setting, but you would need to move them around every minute or so in order to ensure they got evenly cooked throughout If you steam them, then lay them out on a pan and cover itSteam them for about 10 to 15 minutes, then check to see how done they areIf you microwave them then poke them once or twice with a fork and cover the container they are in but leave a small openingMicrowave them for about a total of 10 minutes Apparently some people don't understand that IMO means In My OpinionAnd baking them uses up a lot more energy to heat an ovenPlus, you are going to bake them after you've softened them up a little first, so you'll be getting the end result of them being baked anyway even if you didn't use that method to soften them upSo why use a method which requires more waste in the form of used foil and more energy for heat when you are not going to garner anything more useful from it?

Whenever I go to the salon, they blow dry my hair in a certain way where they use a round brush and rotate it with my hair around it and it turns out pretty shinyAlso I'm sure they use shine serums.
