Hi I just bought a 08 Nissan maxima w 40k on engine and my friend told me I should put some type of performance intake open air manifold on it to gain more horsepower. I asked ppl on here which one I should buy buy but ppl are telling me already have one built on my car. Am I not asking this question correctly ? please someone with knowledge on some after market car performance parts help me
U can buy yourself a performance air filter from anywhere that sells car parts. I'd go for a cold air intake system as the car runs better on cold air. It's not hard to sort out. U just replace ur current air filter and run a cold air intake pipe from somewhee lower in the engine block. Oh and I'd go for a kn system. they are pretty good!
Easily u can buy any brand on air intake for your vechicle. some give u more depending on da design, length, n material the air intake is made out of. just go to a local auto shop n they'll have many for your car. its easy to install too.
