Hi! Can you guys give me some common household materials that can put out fire?for example baking soda.
Someone who does a 'tattoo party' is reaaally risking his professional reputation. Whether you think it counts or not.
Yes this is a U.S. term that is widely used by many Western, and some English, riders here in the states. I've studied the term for quite some time and here's my breakdown of it's use Many people use the term foal for very young animals (under two months) like we use the term baby for humans. It is a sexless term. After a few months people will call them colts and will differentiate between the sex then (i.e. stud colt, filly colt). It's just like calling a person a toddler and then saying Boy and Girl. It's a way to show sex and age in one phrase. Notice that the use of stud colt and filly colt is synonymous with too young to breed? You'll never hear someone referring to a 6 month old gelding as a gelding colt It's gelding or gelding foal for this reason. The reason this is is because Americans, especially, put a huge emphasis on gender separation in our own culture. Guys that wear pink are girly, girls that drive trucks must be gay, etc. We as a society border on homophobia so much that we have classified everything and it's even, unconsciously, spilled over on to how we refer to our pets and their sexuality. Sad, isn't it?
Do yourself a huge favor and distance yourself from this friend and her work related problems. It is not your problem. If she has been working at home and has no contact with her team then how can she sue for age related job discrimination? Her employer allowed her to work form home because she can't fit into any existing team at work. Tell a judge that you felt that your team members were after your job and they will find it incredible that she hasn't been removed from her position a long time ago. Good leaders don't feel threatened by a team that excels in their jobs and takes over their duties. It means that they are so good that they can leave behind the old responsibilities and take on new ones.
I am an artist and shop owner, and tattoo parties are illegal. You have to have a practitioner's permit to do tattoos anywhere. That's different from an artist's license. The permit I'm speaking of is posted prominently in the shop, and shows that the state has inspected the facility and it is clean and meets health department standards. There are no precautions you can take to prevent infection from spreading. The reason being, you have no sterilization equipment, and you have no way of disposing of the material properly. Another reason you can't guarantee safety is the artist who will do it. Any artist willing to risk their license, if they're even licensed, to do a tattoo party is scum. They don't follow licensing laws, why would they follow cleanliness laws? If you get caught, you face fines and/or jail time for allowing someone to tattoo out of your home. The artist will lose their license and not be able to practice legally. It's not a good idea in any way, shape, or form. I hate to play devil's advocate, but, enjoy your crappy tattoo and your infection.
wow someones on the rag eh? thats illegal dont be an idiot no good artist will do this and your tattoo will look like **** so good i hope it does
