Question:

Am I civilly liable for trying to get someone fired?

I am currently facing criminal harassment charges for contacting a person's job and sharing information (all true) about their alcohol abuse and psychiatric issues in an attempt to get them fired. They were put on probationnot firedand then terminated months later when the employer laid off 10% of it's workers. My lawyer has said I'm lucky to not be facing a civil suit for the lost job as well. If this were to be pursued, on what legal grounds could I be liable? What kind of damages could I face? Also this would be in Maryland court if it matters.

Answer:

Virtually all fire extinguishers used in multiple-occupancy buildings have pressure gages since periodic checks of the extinguishers are required and the pressure gage is the simplest, easiest, and most economical way of determining whether the extinguisher is full. Where inspection requirements are not dictated by some code, people may opt to forgo the expense of a gage.
Use a stencil of a nice design and then use a mini paint roller to paint the design on. You could also use sticky backed plastic and cover the stick side in stuff that makes it look cool. Hope I helped and thanks for the 2 points!
