just get a simple rubber non-slip mat for showers or something and cut it to size
i would think this isn't a random act since it happened more than once, and the guy is a pervert, and if he would go that far, he is capable of anything, so if you have a friend, or family member that could stay with you for awhile, that would be a good idea, and not to let anyone in the neighborhood, know who or why they are staying with you, so they won't think it's temporary, because it is someone close enough to know your alone, and when, and check for any cars in your area that are strange looking, because if he's walking he is a person from your neighborhood more than likely, or it is someone who knows about you through someone else, and listen up if people ask or tell you about people they know..and what they say, if it has anything to do with you..and/or the person who is stalking you..
