the supervisors/managers are too demanding its only myself and another guywe if lucky get only 2 days off per month in busiest season, is this right? the other guy works 6-230p and i work 3-1130p and they want me to be on call till 3 am(usually they call me in by 130a-200a) and the other guy after that.not right at all in my opinion, we need more people but they ignore it and say where in a hiring freezze (bull )we take care of 40 juice extractors 1 person per shift, its busy and tireing this is a safety hazzard in my opinion; car accident,accident in general, alert less, WHAT ARE OUR RIGHTS? plz help
