I got the first part of the problem, which was:What is the inductance? The answer is 34 microHenrysThe second part is what I'm having trouble withPart B: If the voltage is held constant, what is the peak current at 90 MHz? The answer should be in micro Amps. It would be awesome to get a detailed explanation also :) Please and THANK YOU!
Assume the AC resistance of the inductor is neglible. The impedance of an inductor is 2pi*f*L VL IL*ZL 2.5 260e-6*ZL ZL 2.5/260e-6 9.62kOhms If the frequency is doubled, ZL will be doubled because the impedance is directly proportional to frequency. Therefore the current will be half: 260/2 130 micro amps
