Analytical instruments are classified according to the measurement principle

Analytical instruments are classified according to the measurement principle

Answer:

There are two main types: measuring instruments and analytical instruments.
Analysis instrument: mainly from online or offline analysis, also can be counted as equipment class. An on-line analyzer is composed of a preprocessing unit and an analysis section. Pretreatment devices are used to remove components that are unnecessary or affect test results in a sample. In the analysis part, the content of the detected medium is analyzed by using different analysis principles, and the analysis results are transmitted to the DCS by the analog signals of 4-20mA for monitoring and control.
Measuring instrument: it consists of measuring element (primary component) and transmitter. It is transferred to DCS control system to form automatic control loop. A measuring element is used to measure the parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, level) that need to be measured by different measuring principles. The transmitter is used to transfer the detected analog signals to 4-20mA and transmit them to the DCS control system.
