Ancho lime mayo recipe?

I had this really good sandwitch at Einsteins, and they have whats called an ancho lime mayo on it, i tried making it like 3 different ways, and each way comes out too smokey or sweet or something. Any ideas for recipes?

go to a shoe store; try on white dyable shoes (whatever heel you like) get them dyed to match --bring a swatch or the gown itself or something from the gown. With Lime Green, you have to go with matching shoes. You can use a beaded bag or gold or silver to match your jewelry--if you can't find something nice--get a white one at the shoe store have them dye it along with the shoes. If you order shoes on line, you will have to send a swatch of the color so they can match it. Any shoe chain will be cheaper than a fancy dept. store. BTW, if you absolutely don't find a piece of fabric bring the gown to a sewing store match it to a spool of thread use the thread as your color base. GOOD LUCK!
