No. The responsibility for all operations related to our intercontinental ballistic missile programs belong to the active force, under Strategic Command, based at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. EDIT: Maj Kev is correct. I meant to say Air Force Global Strike Command is at Barksdale AFB and has the responsibility for the nuclear mission. However, my error has no impact on the fact that there are no Air National Guard jobs relating to working in, on or around missile silos. All jobs are active duty jobs.
