You should measure to find out if you have the extra 20mm of clearance first. And changing a tyre is WORK.no way of getting around that (unless you have lots of fancy equipment). Personally I would take it to a dealer and have it mounted and balanced professionally. They don't charge a lot usually to do this and then you know it's done correctly. Unless you have the equipment (balancer, changer, etc), then I would recommend having a pro do this for you. They can also tell you if the larger tyre would fit properly.
