Question:

any thoughts on this poem?

I walk through the docklands;see fork-lifts and cranes unloading tankers and ships;pale skin pulled tightinto short skirts and fish-netsand I know that romance is dead, like the seasons, spread thinon a thick crust of Winter, forgettable, almost imagined, except for your face.I remember you often, see the days that framed you now, much clearer than today;bright lit, the sky breaking over us in waves, windlashed flowerson the side of the road.Your hand like a childs in mine, growing fearful. You said we belonged with each otherbut the city was too cold;we'd freeze to death, eventually.I think of you nowwith every creak of the floor, the year long Winters and starving doorways.

Answer:

oatmeal is filled with fiber you can get the quaker oats i think they have flavors too know
anything with branbran flakes work and you can put them in banana nut muffins (it's delicious!)just check the nutrition facts on things u like annd compare.
any fruits and veggies any All Bran and Fiber One products (like cereal and oatmeal and granola bars) Kashi high fiber products (like cereals, etc) any whole wheat bread and fruit prune juice and prunes dried fruit, but they are higher calorie
One of best sources of fiber is fruit, like pineapple, apricots, apples,, and some veggies are carrots, spinach, broccoli, dry beans, like red beans or pinto beans, celery is good, but it's not enoughAt this point, I don't remember any moreI don't believe that there is a good fiber snack foodSometimes, you can add dairy, in your diet, like yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, sour creamWhen you add dairy, in your diet, it also helps to lose weightand of course, walking will help to gain stamina, and strength it also helps to lose weightThere is a lot of pills for fiber, but you could probably take MetamucilWhich is a lot of fiber, but with that you need to drink more waterI know you are only 15But your mom may give you the permission to take itI hope this helps.
The mental pictures you evoke are very compelling 'spread thin on a thick crust of Winter' - brilliant 'the sky breaking over us in waves.' - ' ditto and I especially like your 'starving doorways' which I can picture in two ways - the doorways in which you starve, and also the doorways themselves like empty open mouthsThanks for letting us read your poem.
