I loved Paton's Rumor yarn and I'm bummed that it got discontinued.Does anyone have recommendations for a good bulky substitution suggestion that also has a similar alpaca (or similar) softness and texture?I used it for mittens, so it really has to be soft AND sturdy.
The point is to cover the lasagna, so use an aluminum cookie sheet on top of the pan when baking instead of foil!
cookie sheet works just fine have used it beforeTake off the last 8-10 minMake sure to let lasagna sit for awhile(about 10-15 min) this will help settle it and make it less runny.
