I am going to be making tamales for dinner but i cant find any good tamale recipies that are fairly quick ( 2 hours or less) that dont have some food out of a box or can, one told me to use frozen tamales and pop em in the microwaveyuk! anyways, I wanted to know any fairly quick and yummy recipies for tamales, and also how to make the dough that goes into them.
