Question:

Anyone know where to find replacement bridge pins for a Takamine EF360SC acoustic guitar?

One of the original bridge pins needs replacement but apparently one size does not fit allI got replacement pins from the local Guitar Center and they are too small and will not hold the string in place while its being tuned.I also tried the Takamine website and they do not appear to sell just the pins as an accessoryHas anyone run into this problem before? How does one know what pins will fit which guitars? I had originally thought they were all the same but this is evidently not true.I would like to get the correct pins so they fit properly.10 pts

Answer:

I live in Australia, and I think that the Australian made Maton guitar is the best in the worldIt's handcrafted, and plays with a beautiful warmthHard to give a price range because u didn't mention any specifics? Do you want to be able to amplify the guitar? Or just play it acoustically? For a straight acoustic with no pickup, maybe something like $500+, for an acoustic/electric, $1000+.
