I've tried several lock sets from Checkers/Parts America. They either have too much play or you have to wiggle the key to get it out. Anyone know where I could get a pair of door cylinder locks that work like they came from the factory other than the dealer?
Well, limited slip is a marketing term. That's what you already have. The way this works is the wheel with the least amount of torque required to turn the wheel gets the power. Hence the term limited slip. This is accomplished with a gear-set and springs on the axles. You don't want to change anything mechanical. If you find you are spinning tires that often, you want to learn how to ease up on the throttle.
Not sure and rules vary in states and cities or counties. I would suggest calling the fire marshal in your area and ask. You might even just stop in a a fire station and ask the ruling. The only problem I would see with it is it may me make it to accessible to little tots.
