I am getting ceramic braces in a few weeks, and I looked up all the information and talked with my orthodontist and decided to get them, they will be $400 more. I was just wondering do people think ceramic braces look better, because I do, but all of my friends who have regular braces are saying there is no difference, what do you think?
personally i think that they ceramics are just as noticable as the metal because they are way bigger than the metal and they stick out more
I had ceramic braces on the top and bottom, and YES there is a difference! People always thought that i had retainers in rather than braces, and it looked WAY more natural! Just make sure that you take care of the ceramic braces because if you eat something that stains your teeth, it will stain the bands on your braces making them yellow, and then making your teeth yellow, but that only happens if you have coffee or coke all the time, so don't worry too much about it! As far as the bottom goes, i don't think it should be too noticeable! Good Luck!
My alarm is set to go off when a door opens, so if they smashed your window and didn't open the door, maybe that was the reason. Mine will also go off if my car is hit (or if I close the trunk too hard). Maybe you didn't arm it by accident? Or maybe it went off, but no one paid attention and it eventually shut off after a few minutes.
