We always ALWAYS have beans in the house .My boyfriends mum who I live with cooks them all the time straight from the beanSo Its probably the healthiest thing we have in the house besides fruits and vegetablesOtherwise everything else in this house is Greasy and ProcessedSo would beans be a good option?
I have used latex rug backing from the jarIt's available at Joann'sYou turn the edges in on the wrong sideUsing a sponge brush, paint the latex backing onto the rug in a thin layerDo this for at least 3 layersMultiple thin layers are much better than one thick layerDry completely (a couple days) between layersDo not wash immediatelyI also use this backing to repair older rugs that still look good on the fuzzy side, but the backing has started to wearIt seals the backing and keeps it from chipping off in the washerI've used it on the rugs that I hook and hang on the wall too.
