Question:

Are insulation harmful?

Are white snow like insulation hazard to human ( can they cause allergic reaction)?I know its up in the attic but I am afraid it is leaking a bit from a air ductI just installed the new air duct system about 3 years ago and the workers must not have installed it securely to the air vent ? Now since I have installed a new insulation about 2 years ago, its leaking a bitI have also been feeling not well (could be allergy related but am I inhaling some micro dust coming down from air vent making me feel sick - sinus pressure, tight lung, no energy been to 5 doctors with tons of blood work and they can not find anything wrong with me).
