Are the elevators in Carly's apartment in iCarly actually possible/real?

her apartment unit has 3 floors, with an elevator connecting it allthe elevators go up nine floors and also down to the basement, which i assume that with just a button, you can go directly into the houses of everyone above and below you, and the elevators also go down to the lobbyPlus, there is only one elevator in the lobby, and since Freddie's house is beside hers, that means he has to have a whole different elevator system too, and that would be really expensive.I have always wondered this, since it invades privacy, and it just doesnt seem normalIm wondering if there are any other apartment buildings that use this system? or if it is different then the way i saw it/explained it, please explain how it really is.

Shampoo bottles, olive oil bottles, coke bottles, old news papers, old plastic come's.

Bottles such as: shampoo bottles,bottled water, toiletry bottles like gel,conditioner,mouthwash containers,little containers, applesauce containers, Hannaford bags,ect.

Paper,Receipts,Paper bags,Newspapers Magazines,Junk mail,Telephone books with covers removed cereal, pizza and tea boxes,all household plastic bottles All food and drinks cans, pet food cans

Ask your local authority or whoever gave you the blue bins., they should give you a printed listReason I say this is because every authority has a different colour bin, ours where I live is in fact green, I've never seen a blue one.

Their apt is different then everyone else'sFreddies apt is only 1 floorAnd if you have ever noticed the buttons inside the elevator it only has buttons for their floors and lobby and basementAnd Carly or Spenser make a reference to it only being able to stop on their floor and not any otherAnd its very possible that its a penthouseYes there are other apartments on higher floors but I think the iCarly studio is on the top floorAnd smaller apartments take up the other half of the floor.
