Are there any active dental post systems that can be used under full-ceramic crowns?

with full-ceramic crowns it is advised to use ceramic or fiber post systems instead of conventional alloy post so that the core won't reflect and cause problems with the coloring. The active post systems are way too economic but I think still golden color might be a problem. Is there a system that combined the advantages of active posts and ceramic posts? It is not necessarily to be on the market. I am asking for an assay.

No it will not hurt anything, but get the tires from hitting inner fenders. I've got 16'' wheels tires on a car that came with 13'' from factory, had them last two years.no problems.
Get thee to a tire shop. Your tires are too big for your car. You may be able to keep the 17 inch rims, but have to go to a lower profile tire. However, if the offsets (the distance from dead center to where the bolt holes are) are wrong, you may have to replace the rims as well.
Just leave a day later or earlier. 600 miles is a 10 hour drive. Definitely doable in a day-especially if you have 1 driver. Also you don't need to start at 6 am - you can start at 9pm to avoid the weather. You can also stop halfway. Lots of options that don't involve tires/chains.
as you may know, the reason we use a post in an endo treated tooth is to help retain the crown, there is no other reason-many still believe that the post will strengthen the tooth, this however has been shown to not be the case, so, with that in mind, the placement of crown retaining posts has somewhat abated over the years. Why? Because of the growth and improvement of bonded bis-gma type resins, utilized for crown buildups instead of post and cores which were mechanical retained units. While there have been a lessening of need for posts and cores, there are several types of stock posts which are available for cement into endo prepped teeth which are acceptable for use under the all ceramic or castable ceramic restorations. Probably the highest tech all ceramic restoration remains the 'blue tooth' block used in the 'Cerec' system, as you know the crown is milled while the patient waits, off of a virtual model taken with a scan accomplished at chairside, and after a short milling time, the trial placement is accomplished, and then the unit is 'sintered' in a furnace for a prescribed amount of time, and the unit can then be cemented or bonded without the patient leaving the office-by utilizing this system you have the best of both worlds, the opacity of the unit allows the use of any type of post/core under the unit, and the translucency of the unit is much superior to the other types of all ceramic crowns, and it is much stronger than the original tooth, and most other restorations, at 400 megapaxils shear strength, when a natural tooth has about 80 megapaxils shear strength.in an ideal situation, any post at all would be eliminated, it would reduce the incidnce of perforations and operator induced fractures.good question, good luck.
