I think they're both just as bad. But as far as who is more annoying- This depends on the type of person you are. Some people hate the unknown, in which case they would be more annoyed by the silent racist. But others dispise people who are extremely verbal, in which case they would be more annoyed by the outspoken racist. Racists who annoy me the most are the hypocrites- those who complain about racism.

I'd be willing to bet that your exhaust pipe has bent in such a way that it now makes contact with a part of the body and if you are lucky it will be easy to fix . It is still not a big deal. just annoying
