Question:

Are You Able To List Foods.?

High in fiberI don't want to sound too anal about this, but helpplease? And which are THE best, canned or fresh? And why? Thanks : )

Answer:

I'm going to answer your question in reverseFresh foods are the best, for two distinct reasons: 1They taste much better, they are generally more crisp and flavorful, and you can do much more with them 2They are healthier because they generally have more nutrients left in them; the canning process can strip many essential vitamins and nutrients from otherwise good foodAlso, canned foods often have lots of salt or sugar added, both of which should be avoided in large amountsSome high-fiber foods are: Pears, Figs, Apples, Raisins, Oatmeal, Whole-Grain Bread, Raisin Bran, Brown Rice, Beans, Nuts, Most hard vegetables (Carrots, Celery, etc) Fresh, raw foods are generally better for getting fiber, as much of the fiber may be converted by the cooking process
Move your body, eat!!, put more clothes on, turn up the heat!, drink some tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, curl up in front of the TV or with a good book, buy a fuzzy blanket, or an electric blanket, get a boyfriend or girlfriend, get a big hairy dog to sleep with, move to a house with a fireplace, take a hot shower or bath, put on socks, get a sweater, or you could move to Hawaii!
I am always cold too, so I always wear a beanie (woolly hat that fits the top of your head worn at the back like a scull cap) in winterI even wear it inside the house tooI am in and out of the house all day so a hat really stops that deep bone chillingIf I am really cold, I have a baby's size hot water bottle tucked down inside my coat too before I go outsideTry it, absolute bliss.
Lots of things you can do.but the best may be to increase your circulation through exerciseIf you're walking.even if it's in the cold.you'll warm up and feel great afterwards Aside from that, buy an electrical blanket and turn it on 15 minutes prior to going to bed.keep it on low while you sleepBuy some thermal socks and long underwarePut the long underware on under your jeans or other pants to keep in that body warmthAlso.wear hats! Heat rises.so keep your head covered with some great hats during the winter to keep you warmOkay.and the obvious, yet non-practical answer would be to move south for the winter! :o) Good luck!
The best way to generate body heat is to keep your metabolism upWearing lots of clothes won't help you if you're body isn't producing any heatHere are a few strategies: 1Keep eatingAs long as you're eating healthy and not getting fat, there's nothing wrong with a good meal2Get excerciseI'm not talking about agressive body building or even aerobicsIn fact, if you exercise too hard you'll sweat and get coldKeep doing the workouts you already do, but in addition go for a nice, long walk once a dayLike maybe after dinner walk around your neighborhood and say Hi to the neighborsIf you have a dog, take it for a walk3Drink caffeineThis isn't healthy, but it can actually workOne soda with each meal can do wonders4Don't wear so many layers of clothes that you sweatLike I said earlier, sweating will just make you coldIf you wear less clothes, your body will acclimate and make more heat.
