do you mean 2-part epoxy resin that looks like a layer of glass when it's done? If so, you'll need to adhere the poster to a non-flexible ground, (masonite, mdf etc) then build a dam (use plasticine or putty) around the edge to keep the resin from dripping off the edge then just mix n pour. Peel off the dam after the resin is completely set.
