Question:

Ask how the copper plate is welded

Ask how the copper plate is welded

Answer:

Welding welding is applicable to a variety of metal materials, simple equipment, low cost, convenient operation and small batch welding torch, in thin pieces (the thinnest 0.5 mm) welding installation, welding in all positions (such as low pressure boiler pipe installation and repair welding etc.) is widely applied.
A method of welding a gas flame as a heat source (see chart). Acetylene (C2H2) is the most commonly used combustible gas. The chemical process of oxygen and acetylene combustion is 2C2H2+O2 to 4CO+2H2+3O2+, heat to 4CO2+2H2O+ heat. The flame formed can be adjusted into 4 forms, which are suitable for welding different metals and alloys (see table).
Hydrogen and carbon dioxide produced by oxyacetylene flame have a protective effect on molten metals. The gas is generally used in manual operation, welding sheet below 6 mm and small diameter pipe welding and repair.
