have somebody know how to make a power bank portable charger that usually use to charge our notebook battery or handphone?also with a high capacity. maybe someone can help me how to make a scheme of PCB, what's part that needed, and how to set it into PCB and get work.thanks *sorry, my english ability not good enough.

Why not use off-the-shelf components ? I.e. a 12V charger for the cellphone, sold to use in a car, and then a 12V battery bank with a solar charger, and something like the iGo 12V laptop power supply. Yes, it would be more efficient to do it in one go, but you'd have to make it adjustable for every separate device you want to charge, since many require different voltages
Put some wire into the power hole of the note book ( were you plug it in) the hook it up to a car battery with jumper cables ( red to wire black to ground) this might work.
