From what I have seen the word is always InteriorI don't see an equivalent of cab or cockpit.
If you're having a convo with someone and it's obvious you're talikng about cars, you just say 'interior'If you are say, describing a car out of context, you would say 'vehicle interior' or 'car interior'eg 'Hi, that's a nice car'Reply 'yes the interior is lush' Or 'Hi - that's a nice dog'Reply 'yes - but it puked up in my car interior'
Cab as in cabin for trucks, cranes, boats, also the house for larger machinery and vesselsAs already stated by others, interior for cars.
My blankets are never made of concrete, that would be very uncomfortable to sleep.
