Lubrication of slewing support gearThe supporting tooth surface shall be regularly removed and coated with the corresponding grease. Incorrect lubrication may cause damage to the slewing mechanism. When the grease in the slewing gear chamber is too long, the stirring loss will be increased and the deterioration of the grease will be accelerated. Deterioration of the grease will cause damage to the pinion and inner ring of the slewing gear. A shortage of grease leads to a deterioration in the lubrication of the gears. To avoid damage, make sure that the amount of grease added to the swing support is correct.
Lubrication of Slewing Support racewayThe slewing support roller shall be filled with grease once every 100 hours. Under special working conditions, such as tropical, humidity, dust, temperature difference and continuous operation, the lubrication cycle should be shortened. A new grease must be added before and after the machine stops running for a long time. Grease the grease before injecting grease. Each lubrication must be filled with grease in the raceway until it oozes from the seal. When grease is injected, turn the slewing ring slowly.
The rotary support first run 100 hours refer to, should check the bolt preload, after check every 500 hours of operation time, must keep enough preload force. Attention shall be paid to the operation of the slewing bearing in use. If the noise, shock and power suddenly increase, the utility model shall be stopped for inspection immediately, troubleshooting, and dismantling if necessary.The use of water is not allowed to directly wash the slewing bearing to prevent water from entering the raceway. Prevent hard foreign objects from approaching or entering the meshing area of teeth. To regularly check the integrity of the situation, if found sealed damaged should be replaced in good time. If it is found to fall off, it should be reset in time.
