Depending on your weather, like how cold it gets, etc., you may have to check out if you need to add insulation up there since you have stairs that go down to your garageIs that a 2nd set of stairs or is that the only entry/exit way(Be cool if it was the 2nd/emergency way out.) Regardless, make sure you have it wild animal proofed and really ready to make a room, (ceiling, drywall, flooring, etc.) you don't want bees, bats, mice, birds, etcgetting in there with you lolIf you like anime, you could get one of your favorite pix blown up, or magnify it on one of the walls with one of those screen machine thingys and then trace it out on the wall, then paint itThat would be coolThen you could make it look like a studio/art center and put anime things all over - the walls, your desk, maybe even get some cute bedding that matchedHave fun!
