I have hot water everywhere else in the house the master bathroom has two sink and both of them have cold water but when I turn to the hot water nothing happens in either..the bathroom is upstairs over the hot weather heater and the temps here have been 2 below o, not sure if that matters..thanks!

This might sound silly, but have you checked underneath the sink to make sure that the two pipes leading up to it are turned on. The hot water one might be off.
assuming that the hot water taps are piped up, there maybee an isolation valve on the hot water pipes in your bathroom some where! follow all the exposed pipes in your bathroom and in any airing cupboards near your bath room for a small valve!! also it could be that your boilers pressure is low ant the water just simply isnt pumping your hot water far enough
If it's that cold there, I suppose it's possible that the hot line may have froze up. The problem is either in the line or in the faucet. Is the faucet a 2 handle? If so, you could try disassembling the hot stem to inspect it, after shutting the water off down below of course. You could remove the hot supply line and run water into a bucket to see if the problem is in the line or the faucet.
The hot water supply lines are probable frozen. Place electric heater safely under sinks and leave doors open. Place small fan on low setting and circulate air under sinks. Open hot water side of faucets. Allow cold water faucet side to drip. This will prevent cold line from also freezing. Close bathroom to heat up room as much as possible. Do the same in basement with a fan and heater at ceiling pipe risers. Once it is thawed and running allow it to drip to prevent further freezing. The trick is to safely thaw the lines without causing a fire. This is a safe and proven method.
