why did our boiler stopped working. Burner does not turn on. how to turn it on. i think i have to reset. please guide.
get a gas safe engineer do not fiddle with the boiler
With the combi 80 coupled with a card meter you have to reset the boiler if the credit runs out.If that is what happened then a small red light appears on the facia display.To reset the boiler you must turn the power contol knob to R.Thats the left hand knob on the facia,if that is all that is rqd. then the red light will go off, and the boiler should light up on demand.If not another reason could be that the pressure has dropped,and must be repressurized via the filling loop.If neither of those solve it then it could be one or more of umpteen problems that will rqr. a gas safe eng. to diagnose.Good luck.
