Question:

Bearings popping out of longboard wheels?

On my longboard the bearings are sliding out of the wheels as i ride and causing the nuts to tighten and me to fall off. Why is this happening and how can i fix it?

Answer:

please post in the proper category this is Cycling, as in Bicycling not Skateboarding
You got some lube between the bearings and the wheel. Take the bearings out of the wheel and use some denatured alcohol on the outside of the bearings only. Use a apaer towel to apply. wipe dry. The wheels can be washed in dish soap and water. I'd stay away from solvents for cleaning the wheels, as they can alter the polyurethane slightly. Make sure the wheels are dry before re assembling.
That happens don't worry about it! Just put all the bearings back into the wheel.
Yeah, so the bearings simply slide of the wheels. I guess sliding the wheels' just the law of the land
